Reclaimed Water Conversion Project

Construction began in early May and is expected to last over the next three months per the schedule of construction.  The schedule shows the major activities you can expect to see as the project progresses.

For the past several years, the Fox Crossing HOA Board has been pursuing the conversion of the community to reclaimed water use for all common area irrigation. The board has retained the services of Aqua Engineering, Inc., to help us complete this process. The final design plans have been approved by the City of Chandler and Maricopa County.  Aqua Engineering and the Reclaimed Water Committee have completed the competitive bid process and selected a contractor, Fairco Developer Landscape Services, to complete the project.  Financing for the project is in place and final permitting with the City of Chandler has been completed.

The documents below provide homeowners general information about the project including benefits, scope of construction, costs, and impacts.  If you have any questions please contact us.
