Exterior Paint Color Requests - UPDATED FEBRUARY 4, 2012

Looking to repaint to exterior of your home but not sure what colors are available? Good news! Fox Crossing has recently adopted an expanded exterior color palette for our community with over 27 distinct schemes (with 3-4 variations each). In addition, the expanded color palette is available to the entire community meaning we no longer have distinct zones by subdivision.

To select a color scheme for your home and have it approved, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Visit the Premier Community Management office to view the available color palette boards and books. The palettes are also available at the local Dunn-Edwards paint store located at 2190 W. Chandler Blvd, #E in Chandler.
  2. Obtain swatches of the palettes you like by visiting the Dunn-Edwards website or going directly to the store located at 2190 W. Chandler Blvd, #E in Chandler.
  3. When purchasing your paint don't forget to mention you are a resident Fox Crossing homeowner to receive a 37% discount (account #188544-000). The discount applies only for retail purchases made directly by Fox Crossing homeowners.
  4. After making your color selection, complete an Architectural Request Form  and drop it off at the Premier Community Management Office or mail to:

Please Note:

  • Swatches of the paint colors you choosen from the approved color pallette must be attached to the Architectural Request Form per the instructions.
  • Your request must be APPROVED before proceeding even if you choose to paint your home the original color scheme.
  • The Architectural Committee meets on the second Tuesday of each month to review requests.
