Fox Crossing Annual Meeting Coming in March....We NEED Board Members! All homeowners should have received a notice of the via mail of the upcoming Annual Meeting. Meeting details are as follows:

The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect Association Members to serve on the Board of Directors. Three (3) positions need to be filled. The three elected directors shall have a term of two years.
If you are interested and are available to give your time to your community, please complete the candidate form you received in your mail notice packet and submit by Friday, February 17, 2012.
Construction at Reclaimed Water Pump House. You may have noticed the recent construction at the reclaimed water pump house. After issues with debris from incoming City of Chandler reclaimed water, the decision was made to install a Wye strainer in the incoming main line to prevent incoming debris from damaging the pump and irrigation system. The final cost was around $13,500. To finish the project, plans are in place to paint the wye strainer pipe outside the pump house, replenish the granite in the area, and revitilize the landscaping to help prevent the strainer from being so obtrusive.
